MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
A

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION AND LICENSURE:
Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
Master's degree required; Doctorate (DPT) preferred
Current Hawaii State license as a Physical Therapist.
Current certification in CPR at BLS/HCP level
B. EXPERIENCE
Two (2) or more years of professional Physical Therapy experience in an inpatient acute care setting
C. Traveler Requirements
Must provide proof of full COVID-19 and influenza vaccinations
No RTO during initial assignment
Full compliance must be complete and uploaded 10 days in advance of contract start
