Division Chief of Hospital Medicine

The University of Missouri School of Medicine's Department of Medicine is looking for a Division Chief of Hospital Medicine who will play a key role in the academic mission of research, education, and clinical service. The position involves leading and expanding a large hospital medicine division and overseeing inpatient services. The hospitalists provide care at University Hospital and other medical facilities, including specialized units. Opportunities for growth and development are available within the department.

The division's faculty members play a crucial role in educating students and residents in internal medicine, as well as conducting industry-sponsored research in hospital medicine. The University of Missouri's research environment offers a vibrant setting for health services research.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Board-certified or Board-eligible in Internal Medicine
