B3 is a specialized 20-bed medical-surgical unit dedicated to caring for patients facing discharge challenges. Here, under the leadership of Nursing Support and Clinical Operations, we prioritize delivering top-notch patient care. We work hand in hand with case management to ensure the safest discharge plans for our patients. This unit operates at a fast pace, catering to patients with discharge orders but facing obstacles that need to be addressed before they can be safely discharged. Job Summary and Requirements
  • Provide leadership to ensure quality nursing care for patients' comfort and well-being
  • Use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
  • Implement prescribed medical interventions

Qualifications:

  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Active registered nurse license in the applicable state(s) of practice
  • BSN degree or enrollment in a related program
