Position Summary:
The Customer Success Representative is responsible for providing support to the sales team and their customers.
Responsibilities:
- Order entry
- Accurately and timely process all customer orders
Followups
- On order status, item availability, credits and returns, and any other orderrelated issues
Communication
- Timely communication with customers, both internally/externally, regarding any customer related issues
- Works open order reports to move orders through system and ensure timely shipping
- Troubleshooting and issue resolution work with work partners to promptly and accurately resolve customer issues
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Great attention to detail and ability to identify and troubleshoot potential issues before they arrive
Team player
- Must work well with others, be adaptable and personable
- Great organization skill prioritizing, to do list, daily routine. Must be accountable
- Demonstrates understanding of our customers and product to successfully manage assigned territory.
- Must possess strong computer skills, be selfmotivated and selfdirected
- Must have the demonstrated ability to come to work every day with passion and have a desire to learn and grow.
- Up to 25% travel required.
Education/Experience:
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's Degree with a competitive academic standing is preferred.
Minimum of a High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

The employee is regularly required to:
talk and listen, stand, walk, sit, and lift up to 10 lbs.
