Assembly Technician

**Are you looking for competitive pay and great benefits? Do you have mechanical OR electrical experience?**

You will be working in a climate-controlled manufacturing facility to assemble and build high-end custom production machinery including machinery for the packaging, paper converting, and food-grade production industries. You will be working from blueprints to schematics to ensure work is completed to specifications. You may also be asked to work with engineering departments and assist with building and testing prototype machinery before mass production of new models. Job duties include:

+ Install and mount electric motors, hydraulic pumps, gearboxes and conveying systems within machinery

+ Install pneumatic and hydraulic fittings, hoses and other components as needed

+ Install bearings, belting, drive shafts, acme rods and other parts per machine design

+ Assist with electrical wiring of machinery

+ Test completed machinery builds to ensure equipment is fully operational

**Pay:** $20.75 to $30.75+/hr based on experience

**Shift:** 1st shift -flexible start times available

**Requirements:**

+ 1-2+ years of OEM Assembly, Maintenance, Automotive or relevant mechanical/electrical experience

+ Experience working from blueprints preferred

+ Previous OEM machine building experience preferred
