Position Overview:


ArborWorks, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager of Digital Transformation to lead our company's digital strategy and transformation efforts.

The Senior Manager of Digital Transformation will provide project management support for ERP/Business Application rollout and management. This includes troubleshooting, system usage support, training, and documentation. The Sr. Mgr. of Digital Transformation must be able to work independently; prioritize, investigate, and resolve issues with minimal guidance from others. Make decision to escalate issues in a timely manner to achieve our Service Level Agreements with the business. Will be assigned as a primary functional owner for key applications (ERP) and/or modules. Expanded responsibility in functional areas increases as the role becomes more involved in additional applications. Additional duties may include opportunities to lead projects to resolve complex technical issues. Work with end-users (customers) with respect and be a technology enabler for the organization and change agent. Support business leaders to ensure IT services comply with company procedures, goals, and objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive digital transformation strategy aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
Lead cross-functional teams to identify digital opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and drive execution.
Assess current business processes, systems, and technologies to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Champion a culture of innovation and digital adoption across the organization, fostering a mindset of continuous improvement and learning.

Collaborate with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, department heads, and external partners, to gain buy-in and support for digital initiatives.

Oversee the selection, implementation, and integration of digital tools, platforms, and solutions to support business objectives.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success and impact of digital transformation efforts.
Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
Stay informed about emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in digital transformation, sharing insights and recommendations with the organization.
Drive change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new digital processes and technologies.

Support of existing field management / ERP software systems to ensure proper function and system integrity, support end user requests, maintaining security, upgrades and oversee relationships with ERP suppliers.

Function as first line support on all ERP related issues, analyze, resolve, and/or escalate issues as they are reported to meet Service Level Agreements with the business and maintain business continuity.

Creates and maintains document change requests and prepares business cases.
Defines, creates and coordinates test plans, test scripts, and test procedures based on requirements. Collaborate with both internal and third-party

consultants/vendors

to ensure root cause issue resolution.
Evaluates and prepares recommendations for change in established organization methods and procedures. Participates in the Change Request process to approve, document, test and certify all changes to the ERP system.
Works closely with functional business areas to support and improve utilization of the ERP solution.

Protect and ensure the stability of the operational systems as well as maintain the integrity of the data they contain.

Assist in determining the impact of operational issues and provide input into their resolution via data extraction and quantification.
Assess critical path and assist in implementation of any ERP project required by the business.
Train users on specific applications and related business processes.
Perform other functions and duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital transformation, digital marketing, or a related field
Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing digital transformation initiatives in a fast-paced environment
Expertise in digital technologies, including web development, social media, analytics, and CRM systems
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions
Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
Passion for innovation and driving change within an organization
