POSITION SUMMARY
The Occupational Therapist [OTR/L] is a registered and licensed qualified professional who directs, supervises, evaluates and provides occupational therapy services to patients in their home or current residence as prescribed by the attending physician.

Graduate of an American Occupational Therapy Association Accredited Program of Occupational Therapy Registered with the National Board of Occupational Therapy Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania One-year clinical experience in physical disabilities as a registered occupational therapist. Two years' experience recommended Reliable, independent means of transportation to make home visits.
