JOB TITLE: Appointment Setter

POSITION SUMMARY: Join our team as an Appointment Setter at BBSI In this role, you'll connect with potential clients and partners to introduce them to our innovative business and people management solution. Your main task will be calling small businesses, setting appointments for them to meet our Market Development Manager, ultimately boosting our sales efforts and enhancing our sales pipeline across BBSI markets.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS: This position reports to the Director of Revenue Operations and collaborates with call center colleagues and BBSI experts.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support company phone prospecting through outreach and follow-up
  • Set appointments in a specific geographic area, exceeding monthly targets
  • Utilize calling techniques to engage prospects effectively
  • Work 25-40 hours weekly on-site between 7 am to 6 pm
  • Operate high-volume calling technology provided
  • Complete assigned duties

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Some college coursework

Compensation: The hourly wage is $16.28 per hour with an additional $25.00 per scheduled appointment. Estimated earnings reach $24.00 per hour for meeting production goals. Incentive pay is available for surpassing targets.

Scheduling: Employees set their schedules, working a minimum of 25 hours weekly. Operations run Monday to Friday 7 am to 6 pm.
