Prime Video is a premium streaming service that offers customers a vast collection of TV shows and movies - all with the ease of finding what they love to watch in one place. We offer customers thousands of popular movies and TV shows from Originals and Exclusive content to exciting live sports events. We also offer our members the opportunity to subscribe to add-on channels which they can cancel at anytime and to rent or buy new release movies and TV box sets on the Prime Video Store. We are searching for a Sr. Digital Supply Chain Manager who can hold a leadership position in building strategic partnership with world-renowned studios, oversee global content publication, be passionate about processes and innovation, and navigate in a complex environment with both business and technical aspects. This role demands a high capacity to Learn and Be Curious, Invent and Simplify, Bias for Action, and Deliver Results as we need to be continually adapting to the fast-moving environment and push to drive efficiency and simplification for global customers.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with various stakeholders, including global cross-functional teams within Amazon, external executive teams, and technical teams from both sides. The successful candidate will need to be entrepreneurial, wear many hats and work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and highly collaborative environment. Key job responsibilities
Be the subject matter expert of your assigned program
Define value propositions, entitlements, and limitations
Be the liaison between various technical, business, and development teams to drive both proactive and reactive customer experiences solutions
Own and support global cross-team coordination, project management, and be able to swiftly prioritize and multi task based on severity level and strong business judgement
Identify and investigate data to isolate issues, develop solutions, and prioritize opportunities for servicing partner teams
Have a passion for continuously improving the customer experience
Be a creative problem solver who always thinks critically about next steps
Possess flexibility and have a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced and highly ambiguous work environment

Basic Qualifications
Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience
Strong attention to detail, end-to-end ownership, and driving results
Clear verbal/written communication, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products and projects on tight deadlines
Experience coordinating complex program development cycles
Must be able to think creatively, deal with ambiguity, and manage changing and competing priorities
Experience managing, analyzing, presenting, and communicating relevant results to senior management
Be self-driven, and show ability to deliver on ambiguous projects with incomplete or imperfect data
Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Digital Supply Chain, Account Management, Partner Management, Operational Management, or Business Development within large global organizations
Advanced skills and experience with Excel and Access, or similar database
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and marketing/business counterparts to deliver online products/services
Ability to understand customers and their behavior in order to drive new feature development
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including strong writing and speaking skills
Advanced ability to draw insights from data and clearly communicate them (verbal/written) to the stakeholders and executives as required
Broad commercial awareness developed in a fast-moving environment
Masters degree

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $95,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $245,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
