Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement organic social media initiatives, aiming for ROI optimization and company expansion.
  • Create content and communication strategies, maintaining a well-organized editorial calendar.
  • Supervise the company's social media channels, encompassing current (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) and upcoming platforms (TikTok, Threads, etc.).
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign performance metrics, offering insights for future endeavors.
  • Manage creative design for social media materials, guaranteeing brand uniformity.
  • Offer strategic advice on social media to stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Interact with clients, partners, and staff online, nurturing meaningful connections.
  • Track social media trends and tools, implementing relevant strategies for brand elevation and image management.
  • Provide support for crisis management communications, overseeing platforms and addressing issues when necessary.

  • Obtain a Bachelor's degree or training in communications, marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of proven success in implementing social media marketing strategies within a fast-paced corporate setting.

The salary range for this role is $55,000 to $65,000 based on experience. This position is entirely on-site.
