Joining our team as a Physical Therapy Assistant at an LTAC facility like Intensive Specialty Hospital provides a fantastic opportunity to work with a diverse patient population while honing your skills alongside our dedicated team.

POSITION SUMMARY: As the IRF/PPS coordinator, you will be responsible for data collection, compliance, and reporting for the Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility Prospective Payment System. You will ensure accuracy in documentation and oversee timely submission of required reports. Additionally, you will handle staff training on Functional Independence Measures (FIM).

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must have proficient verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Current LPN or RN license is required for this role
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with word processing and spreadsheets
  • Experience with UDS software is a plus
