Job Summary

As an LPN at Mary's Meadow, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional care to our residents. Your responsibility will be to provide high-quality care that meets or exceeds standards, while leading the interdisciplinary care team. Join us in advocating for autonomy, dignity, and independence for our residents.

Primary Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Respect and support the autonomy and dignity of our senior residents
  • Demonstrate care, concern, and respect for our residents
  • Execute physician orders, medications, therapies, and treatments with expertise and judgment
  • Actively engage in resident care planning, supporting the philosophy, goals, and objectives of the nursing department
  • Ensure adherence to safety, security, infection control, and hazardous materials protocols
  • Monitor residents' conditions, promptly report significant changes, and maintain accurate records
  • Take part in educational programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Foster a collaborative atmosphere, teamwork, and a respectful environment for staff, residents, and families

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Education: Graduate from an accredited nursing school or college. Current LPN license in Massachusetts.
