Join our team as a Teacher at our Child Care Center

What you'll do:
- Caring: Follow all guidelines and standards to ensure the well-being of every child in your classroom.
- Engaged: Develop your skills to observe, assess, and plan for children while communicating effectively with families.
- Knowledgeable: Receive extensive training on child care, preschool, and development topics.
- Creative: Implement our unique curriculum and create engaging learning experiences for the children.
We are looking for energetic and passionate individuals who are at least 18 years old and have:
- Experience in a licensed childcare center or a related field.
- The ability to meet both state education requirements and our center's standards.
- The flexibility to work indoors or outdoors and actively participate in physical activities with children.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary based on your position, education, and experience.
- Health insurance (medical, dental, vision, and FSA) for full-time employees, and limited medical coverage for part-time workers.
- Education assistance, including tuition reimbursement and certification programs, 401K with company match, life and disability insurance, and childcare discounts available to all employees.
- Colorado employees receive paid sick leave as mandated by the Healthy Families Work Act, with full-time employees eligible for 48 hours upon hire and annually thereafter.
- Part-time and temporary employees earn sick leave based on hours worked.
