Job Description

LOCATION: LGHP Willow Lakes Outpatient Center, Willow Street, PA

HOURS: Full-time 1.0 FTE (80 hours/2 weeks), no night shifts, holidays, or weekends

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Collects necessary patient information for nursing assessments and supports the Provider/Nurse Supervisor in care planning.
  • Executes specified nursing interventions, basic patient hygiene, and comfort measures.
  • Aids in administering medical treatments under provider guidance.
  • Monitors and communicates patient condition changes to the Nurse Supervisor.
  • Records relevant details and outcomes in the medical records.

SECONDARY FUNCTIONS: Additional responsibilities include:
  • Assisting during emergency situations following protocols and Nurse Supervisor direction.
  • Supporting patient and their families with educational plans as guided by the Nurse Supervisor.
  • Being on-call as needed.
  • Other assigned tasks.

Minimum Required Qualifications
  • Current LPN licensure from a program accredited by the PA State Board of Nursing
  • Required CPR Certification

Preferred Qualifications
  • At least one year of experience in a hospital/clinical setting
