Do you have experience in running Preschools or Daycares?

We are seeking a Preschool Director to join our campus leadership team at our campus in Prince George's County.

A Director position is full time with hours between 9am - 6pm, Monday through Friday.

Your role will be to successfully operate a busy preschool campus in a way that aligns with our organizational core values .

Demonstrate effective leadership among campus level staff
Facilitate the day-to-day operations of a busy preschool campus
Spearhead the enrollment of a campus including marketing efforts, managing the campus CRM module, giving tours to prospective families, and following through on company protocol for enrolling new families
Managing campus HR operations including creating in-ratio staffing patterns, supporting professional development, payroll protocol, and supporting positive staff morale
Maintain and respect confidentiality of student, family, colleague, and school information, and other sensitive data, in accordance with company policy and applicable law

Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or related field, OR non-education related degree coupled with MSDE 90hr Preschool and Infant & Toddler Certification, OR CDA with Preschool and Infant & Toddler Endorsement.

Excellent understanding of the principles of child development and instructional strategies

Per Maryland State Department of Education Office of Child Care regulations, all applicants must submit to and successfully pass a state and federal background check as a contingency of employment.

Applicants for our federal center campuses must receive GSA-security clearance through a government background screening.
