About the Company

Established in 1968, our organization has carved a niche for itself in the manufacturing sector by specializing in the production of high-quality, graphite-based components tailored for the aerospace field. Excitingly, we are in the process of expanding our operations by setting up new facilities. This expansion signifies growth, prompting us to seek a valuable addition to our machining team to aid in the creation of intricate components for our esteemed clientele. If you have experience with Lathe operations, this opportunity is especially suited for you.

Position Details
  • Shifts: B (3pm to 11:30pm) or C (11pm to 7:30am)
  • Compensation: $20-25 per hour DOE. Additional differentials of 10% for the B shift and 15% for the C shift.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate CNC lathes or mills
  • Manufacture high-precision components meeting rigorous aerospace industry standards
  • Perform initial piece inspections and regular quality checks
  • Support maintenance staff in resolving equipment issues
  • Optimize productivity for assigned tasks
  • Maintain effective communication with colleagues and superiors
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in machining is mandatory, with a strong preference for candidates skilled in CNC lathe operations
  • Familiarity with GD&T
  • Punctual, collaborative, and open to acquiring new skills
