Serving as IT operations and a software support analyst, the NOC Operator is a central figure within our company, significantly influencing our operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

This role is critical in managing real-time monitoring of client metrics, addressing emergencies swiftly, and ensuring continuous system performance.

You will engage with various teams across the organization to troubleshoot issues, escalate high-priority problems, and contribute to ongoing improvements in our IT operations.

System Monitoring and Incident Management: Constantly monitor and analyze data center operations and client metrics in real-time. Recognize and address alerts and emergencies promptly, ensuring mínimal disruption to services.

    ssue Resolution and Escalation: Utilize the company's escalation protocols to direct highimpact issues to the relevant teams swiftly. Handle lowerimpact problems through effective troubleshooting and coordinated efforts with the support team.

Client Communication: Act as the face of Lancium to customers operations. Over-communicate, be proactive, and solution-oriented with clients. Understand their needs, provide timely responses, and foster a relationship built on trust and responsiveness.

Collaboration and Reporting: Work closely with the Power Team, Software Development, and IT Management. Assist in the preparation of reports that inform decision-making and strategic planning.

Tool Mastery: Achieve proficiency in proprietary IT tools and platforms, including Atlassian products like JIRA for ticketing and Confluence for documentation.

**This role currently works on a rotating shift schedule of 5 days on and 3 days off. The shifts vary between Morning(5am

  • 2pm), Mid (8am5pm), and Evening (1pm10pm) shifts.**
    What You Will Bring
  • BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, or related engineering degrees, or equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or work experience
  • Desire to learn new concepts with technical concepts like scripting, data analysis, pursue education/certifications selflearning
  • Experience in cloud technical support, operations, NOC, or similar is preferred, but not required.
