• Monitor and maintain utility-scale PV power plants, ensuring optimal performance.
• Carry out commissioning, testing, troubleshooting, and repair tasks on AC and DC solar PV systems.
• Operate SCADA systems and oversee the performance of electrical components such as inverters, transformers, and switchgear.

Minimum 12,000 hours of practical electrical experience, including 4,000 hours as a journeyman electrician.

Familiarity with power plant electrical systems, SCADA operations, and advanced electrical troubleshooting.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Master Electrician License in Utah (mandatory).

• Expertise in electrical safety standards and procedures.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics.
• Strong knowledge of industrial maintenance and high voltage equipment.
• Experience with CMMS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks independently.

• Uphold strict safety protocols and adhere to company guidelines.
• Execute preventive maintenance tasks and ensure work orders are completed accurately.
• Collaborate with remote operators and address plant issues efficiently.
• Participate in training programs and maintain clean work areas.

• Report to senior site managers or supervisors.
• Receive assignments from higher-level technical staff.

• Travel required based on regional needs.
• Monthly stipend for holding Master Electrician License.

Ability to lift heavy objects, bend, climb ladders, and work in varying temperatures and terrains.
