Advanced Technology/DTCO Engineer

Welcome to a unique opportunity to join Arm's Solutions Engineering (SE) Physical IP (PIP) team as an Advanced Technology DTCO Engineer If you are a self-motivated individual with a passion for exploring new future processes in a cutting-edge and inclusive team, this role is perfect for you.
As an Advanced Technology DTCO Engineer, you will play a crucial role in defining, analyzing, and implementing new foundry process technologies. Your responsibilities will range from RTL to Signoff GDS, where you will assess and enable the adoption of new technology features, impacting future ARM products.
This role offers an exciting chance to be part of ARM's future technology research, collaborating with physical IP architects, design implementation teams, and design architects across the globe. The team is diverse, serving both internal and external partners worldwide.
Responsibilities:- Contribute to the analysis of new foundry technologies and potential future features.
- Analyze findings of DTCO/STCO studies and evaluate their impact on ARM's products.
- Engage in ARM's circuit and physical design research activities.
- Provide support and guidance to internal and external partners.
- Stay updated on current and future process node technologies.
- Collaborate on EDA tools and algorithms for circuit synthesis and design analysis.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
- 6+ years of design experience with a BS degree or 4+ years with an MS degree.
- Experience with cutting-edge technology nodes and transistor-level layout.
- Familiarity with common EDA tools for circuit design and simulation.
- Proficiency in scripting languages for building utilities and analysis.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to work in ambiguity.
- Experience in leading-edge foundry technology or advanced process research.
- Knowledge of semiconductor fabrication technology.
