Material Damage Team Manager

Position Summary:
- Seeking a Material Damage Team Manager in San Diego, CA area to ensure exceptional service for customers with insurance losses.
Position Responsibilities:
- Define and communicate performance expectations for the Material Damage team.
- Mentor, coach, and train direct reports.
- Monitor and document performance.
- Collaborate with Human Resources for career development.
- Analyze management report data to enhance customer service and quality.
Position Qualifications:
- 3+ years' experience in automobile physical damage estimating.
- Good analytical skills and familiarity with computer estimating systems.
- Must obtain necessary state licenses.
- Previous supervisor or management experience preferred.
This remote position in San Diego offers a Hiring Range from $70,700.00 to $120,000.00, based on experience, skills, and other factors. Eligible for Kemper benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, 401k, etc.
