  • We entertain customers and make enjoying a cup of coffee an exciting adventure.
  • Working on teams to accomplish goals.
  • Operating the cash register in a fun and efficient manner.
  • Preparing and serving coffee and other beverages with care.
  • Stocking and organizing supplies.
  • Creating signage to inform and delight customers.
  • Helping customers find their favorite items on the menu.
  • Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, providing exceptional customer service
  • Operate the POS system to process transactions and handle cash with precision
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and dining area
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food preparation and service
  • Collaborate with team members to uphold Koufuku Mart's standards of excellence

Qualifications_:

FLUENCY IN MANDARIN
AND ENGLISH IS HIGHLY PREFERRED**:

  • Previous experience in the food industry, particularly in barista roles, is preferred
  • Proficiency in basic math for cash handling and order processing
  • Strong time management skills to handle peak hours effectively
  • Knowledge of Clover POS
  • Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Passion for the food industry and providing topnotch customer experience.
