Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in engineering
The job holder must be US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
Advanced design skills
Product-focused creative thinking In-depth knowledge of industry design principles
Strong working knowledge of computer-aided design (CAD) or engineering software
Impeccable attention to detail Excellent problem-solving skills
Good project management skills
Excellent time management and prioritization skills
Effective oral and written communication
Great leadership skills

Qualifications:
The creation of concepts and detailed designs for assemblies and devices and the for the realization of necessary construction and production documents BOM's, Subassemblies and detail drawings.
Conducting Kick-Off and Design Review Meetings
The documentation of the design with regard to the traceability of detail solution finding
The creation of designs and specifications of new parts
Editing changes
The support of sales in the preparation of quotations
Development department Responsible for change requests also handling and documentation in SAP (ECR)
Define specifications for purchased parts Full support of production SNA
