Job Qualifications:
- Assist with Marketing: graphic design, social media, newsletter and website content.
- Able to utilize Strong Computer Skills - Experience in Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Suite, MailChimp, QuickBooks, Zoom, Google Calendar, Facebook, and Instagram, etc.
- Maximize visualization through marketing and media.
- Develop and maintain revenue initiatives to maximize profit.
- Excellent proof reading and editing abilities.
- Organize volunteers and other support staff.
- Coordinate distribution of marketing efforts.
- Ability to handle accounting responsibilities.
- Create and sell ads.
- Collect artist bios and photos, and knowledge of W-9 contracts.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, and performances.
- Bilingual Spanish a plus, but not required.
- Outstanding administration, operations, and business skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to managing multiple projects and tasks.
- Skillful at establishing and maintaining digital operating structures and maintaining tech systems that increase organizational effectiveness.
- Exceptional attention to detail and deadlines- and results-oriented.
