Role Summary:
As a CX (Customer Experience) Analyst at Saks, you will play a crucial role in ensuring high standards of customer service by proactively addressing customer needs and leveraging data to enhance their experience. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will be responsible for implementing qualitative research strategies that prioritize customer feedback in decision-making processes.
Key Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in analytical roles like management consulting or business analysis
- End-to-end experience in survey research
- Proficiency in using VoC software and creating data visualizations
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized with excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail and self-motivated
- Develop surveys and conduct analysis
- Create and maintain interactive reports and dashboards
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design new surveys and reports
- Present research findings and insights
- Monitor VOC trends and performance drivers
- Identify customer friction points and provide recommendations
