Role Overview:

As part of our team, your main responsibility is to create a safe and nurturing environment, offer emotional support, and tend to residents' physical needs. You will provide direct care following care plans and supervisor directions, adhering to health and safety policies.

Requirements & Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Completion of required coursework and demonstrated competency
  • Basic computer skills and ability to use software programs
  • Effective communication in English, with the capacity to follow instructions
  • Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
  • Previous long-term care experience preferred
  • Ability to work various shifts and adhere to safety protocols
Shift Details & Remuneration:
  • Full-Time and Part-Time positions available
  • Shifts: First, second & third shifts
  • Pay Rate: Up to $17/hour
