Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive traffic
  • Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely followup on leads
  • Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth
  • Provide coaching, support and guidance to their sales team
  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients
  • Maintain phone process standards in all interactions

Experience:

  • Proven experience in automotive sales and managing client interactions
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members
  • Proficiency in cold calling techniques to drive business growth
  • Prior experience in automotive sales is a must

Pay:
Up to $125,000.00 per year

  • 12 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift

  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

  • Automotive sales: 2 years (preferred)

Ability to Commute:
