Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive traffic
- Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely followup on leads
- Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth
- Provide coaching, support and guidance to their sales team
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients
- Maintain phone process standards in all interactions
Experience:
- Proven experience in automotive sales and managing client interactions
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members
- Proficiency in cold calling techniques to drive business growth
- Prior experience in automotive sales is a must
Pay:
Up to $125,000.00 per year
