School Specialty is looking for motivated and dependable candidates to join their growing team as a Forklift / Order Picker operator.


1st Shift:
6am start time 2nd: 2pm start time 3rd: 10pm start time Work until orders are completed

Monday - Friday (occasionally Saturdays in the peak season summer months)

Pay Rate :
$15 per hour Pay Details - $2/hr Order picker certification bonus once signed off on training Bright, Clean, Fun and Friendly environment with a casual dress code.

A typical day will include operating a Forklift or Turret Truck, driving up and down aisle ways and retrieving products off shelves.

Operators may have to go as high as 30ft in the air to get items and will lift products up to 50lbs.

Must have experience operating a Forklift and be willing to train.

Temp-to-hire window: Able for permanent placement after 480 hours worked Requirements: Successful candidates will have good attendance, the ability to lift up to 50lbs, and great dependability, willingness to learn and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Must be okay with heights and repetitive lifting. This position does NOT require a high school diploma
