HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, based in Reserve, LA, is seeking a Supervisor IS (Industrial Services) to join their safety-conscious team. As a Supervisor IS, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating two or more crews, ensuring proper operation of equipment, driving operational efficiencies, and maintaining accurate documentation.

You will play a vital role in maintaining compliance with company policies, fostering good customer relations, and representing HPC-Industrial in building strong client relationships.

• Industrial setting – Refinery, Petro-Chemical, Utilities, etc.

• Reserve, LA

• Dependent upon contracts with customers

Key Responsibilities:

• Instructs, provides feedback, and directs crews in performing job duties
• Ensures equipment availability and operational readiness
• Performs maintenance on equipment
• Trains Technicians and Operators
• Operates necessary equipment in service line

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in industrial cleaning industry
• Demonstrated supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of operating service line equipment
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Current certification as an authorized Company driver

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience
