About the Company:

We are currently looking for full-time licensed mental health therapists (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) to join our team at the Kirland location.
Details:
- Onsite work preferred, hybrid scheduling options available.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary ranging from $64,300 to $114,300 per year with performance-based bonuses.
- Requirements:
- Hold an independent mental health license in Washington.
- Minimum of two years of clinical experience.
- Demonstrated experience in offering psychotherapy to individuals and families.
- Proficient in computer and basic technology skills.
- Proven history of professional development and growth.
- Self-motivated clinicians with strong client rapport-building skills.
- Proficiency in various clinical presentations.
- Experience working with children, adolescents, couples, or families.
- W-2 compensation.

The Peninsula Psychological Center is a leading mental health clinic dedicated to serving individuals in the Kitsap and surrounding areas. Founded in 1991, we have multiple offices across Kitsap County, including locations in Silverdale, Port Orchard, Port Hadlock, and Poulsbo. Our services range from ADHD evaluations to educational consulting, providing assessments and academic accommodations for students with special needs. Our esteemed leadership team, spearheaded by our Director of Operations, brings over 30 years of experience in the mental health field, ensuring quality services and care.
