Compensation
$25/hour Direct Hire w/ excellent benefit package
What You'll Be Doing
Sourcing and attracting qualified candidates through various channels.
Screening resumes and coordinating interviews.
Preparing and maintaining HR-related reports and documents.
Processing payroll accurately and addressing any discrepancies.
Organizing and conducting new hire orientation sessions.
Drafting and preparing employee offer letters.
Serving as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries.
Conducting engaging and informative plant tours.
What You'll Need to be Considered
3+ years of experience in an HR Generalist role or similar position.
Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
Proficiency in current payroll systems.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
