Requirements:
The General Manager plays a vital role in overseeing a profitable restaurant and ensuring it meets McDonald's high customer service standards in terms of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
Collaborating with their superiors, the General Manager establishes the restaurant's objectives and devises strategies to achieve them.
In leading a team of Department Managers, the General Manager supports them in setting goals, monitoring progress, and offering guidance to enhance their departments.
Moreover, the General Manager may be responsible for recruiting and nurturing Department and Shift Managers to build a capable team for future leadership.
Preferred candidates should possess prior experience as a General Manager in high-volume establishments. Experience in fast-food restaurants, hospitality, or retail is highly valued. Moreover, candidates must be at least 18 years old to become a manager in our corporate-owned restaurants.
