The Manager, Supply Chain Management position is responsible for the overall ownership of the supplier management process and communication of customer flow through requirements such as FAR/DFARS, ITAR, offset, public law, quality, warranty, etc.

They are also responsible to the customer and program management to meet all material contract objectives (technical, cost, schedule).

The Manager must also have extensive knowledge in procurement, contracts, production control, logistics and program material strategy, financial execution of material requirements, and be able to demonstrate strong leadership capabilities.

What You Will DoDevelop and lead supply chain proposal activitiesConduct pre award Supplier Assessment (RESA)Report, track, and manage the delivery of procured material from suppliers, through external testing, and shipment to destinationWorks with other functions to ensure cost estimates and EAC are accurate, processes are followed, and staffing is appropriate for executionConduct material contract closure activity alongside Contracts and Program OfficeEstablishes material priorities across the Integrated Product Team (IPT) and/or programProvides Supply Chain support for Gates 2-11 activities and ensures Integrated Product Development Program (IPDP) compliance for the programs and tailoring when applicableAct as the Control Account Manager (CAM) or support the assigned CAMPrepare and develop material pricing strategy, supplier flow down strategy, and preliminary program strategy for the proposal and communicationWork with contracts and Supply Chain Advisor to create Material Contract Brief (MCB)Establish Risk and Opportunities and Mitigation NO RELOCATION ASSISTANCE AVAILABLE Qualifications You Must Have Must have a minimum of 8 years of experience in Supply Chain, Project Management, or related work experience.

Experience with SAP/PRISM, Rapid Response and or related Supply Chain suite of toolsProfessional experience with supply chain, procurement, production control, receiving, cost estimating, logistics, and/or financeProfessional Experience with Supplier management and/or Subcontract managementThe ability to obtain and maintain a U.S.

government issued TS security clearance SCI Eligible is requiredU.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S.

citizens are eligible for a security clearanceMust have or be capable of obtaining a US Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance.

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
