  • Position Function:
  • Integral member of the surgical team working closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nurses to provide patient care.
  • Performs technical duties ensuring the safety and well-being of patients, staff, and visitors.
  • Maintains clean operating rooms and follows established protocols.
  • Assists in equipment maintenance and preparation for surgical procedures.
  • Communicates effectively within the team and upholds patient confidentiality.

Qualifications:

High school diploma with completion of an accredited program for operating room technicians or equivalent.

This job may involve exposure to blood and body fluids, requiring compliance with infection control protocols and safety regulations.

Compensation:

BID Milton offers a $10,000 signing bonus distributed in three payments over a year for successful candidates joining the team.

Important Details:

  • Internal candidates or re-hires within BILH entities are not eligible for this signing bonus.
  • New employees must maintain good standing to receive full bonus payouts.
  • Employees referred by current staff may receive bonuses under the referral program.
  • Bonus eligibility is subject to change based on hospital needs and determined by HR.
