Position Summary:


As a clinical consultant, responsible for comprehensive Behavioral Health assessment, evaluation, and recommendations for care for patients in the Emergency Departments and elsewhere as needed, and coordinating health services between the hospital, community and home setting.


Qualifications/Requirements:
Seasoned professional knowledge; equivalent to a Master's degree; knowledge in more than one discipline Education/Knowledge:

Education Discipline:
Masters in Social Work or Clinical Counseling

Certifications, Licenses, Registrations:
LCSW-C LCPC
