The Assembler II position at Generac Power Systems involves assembling products efficiently and adhering to quality standards. Responsibilities include validating materials, following work instructions, building products accurately, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Basic Qualifications:
- 1+ Years of Experience
Additional Qualifications:
- Effective communication skills

- Understanding of standard procedures
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills
- Team player mentality
- Positive work ethics
- Interpretation of visual diagrams
- Basic PC knowledge
- Proficiency in using hand tools
Preferred Qualifications:
- Cross-training on multiple operations
- Advanced tooling skills
- Ability to train colleagues
- Familiarity with basic machine operations
Physical Demands:
As part of the role, the employee will be required to stand, use hands extensively, walk, stoop, bend, lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds, and comply with safety gear requirements. Visual abilities such as close, distance, and peripheral vision are important. Temperature conditions may vary.
