acts as an advocate for residents in maintaining choice, independence, privacy, dignity, and security; assists residents in maintaining and improving the quality of their lives at PMSV; assists residents in performing activities of daily living; and helps residents do as much for themselves as they can or wish to do.

Providence Home and Community Care (HCC) is a service line within Providence with over 8,000 caregivers and 2,000 volunteers serving nearly 200,000 people a year, in their homes, in clinics and in a variety of congregate living ministries across our seven-state footprint.
