Key AR Specialist Responsibilities:

• Cash Mastery: Handle cash application and posting with precision.
• Reconciliation & Entries: Perform cash reconciliations and journal entries accurately.
• Collections: Aging review, analysis and B2B collections via phone and email.
• Investigative Research: Conduct research to support financial accuracy.
• Organizational Guru: Manage scanning, physical filing, and adhoc reviews.
• Special Projects: Contribute to various projects as assigned by the Accounting Manager.
• Process Improvement and Documentation: Observe opportunities to develop and implement SOP's

Ideal AR Specialist Skills & Background:

• Experience: 2+ years in accounts receivable.
• Self-Starter: Highly motivated with integrity, professionalism, and reliability.
• Time Management: Exceptional ability to manage time and meet deadlines.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Tech-Savvy: Basic MS Excel skills, comfortable with larger ERP and working within multiple systems
