As we expand our operations, we are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Consent Specialist.


Position Overview:

Responsibilities:

  • Perform QC and database management
  • Maintains database integrity
- develop and Maintain PowerBI dashboard
- review fulcrum/ArcGIS database for errors

  • Act as the primary point of contact for property owners regarding vegetation management activities near utility infrastructure.
  • Communicate with property owners to obtain consent for tree trimming, pruning, and vegetation clearance in accordance with regulatory requirements such as PRC 4292 and company policies.
  • Educate property owners about the importance of vegetation management for maintaining the reliability and safety of electrical infrastructure.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to schedule vegetation management activities based on approved consent forms.
  • Utilize scheduling programs to update records and notify crews when work is ready.
  • Report any safety concerns promptly to team leads or relevant personnel, fostering a culture of open communication
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to streamline consent acquisition processes and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service or related fields is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service or customer relations, preferably in the utility or vegetation management industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to vegetation management near utility infrastructure is desirable.
  • Proficiency in map reading and GPS navigation
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment. Capability to work independently with mínimal supervision
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Knowledge if Geo spatial databases like ESRI or fulcrum
  • Professional demeanor and courteous behavior towards colleagues and clients
  • Sound judgment and decisionmaking skills
  • Teamoriented mindset
  • Strong awareness of safety practices
  • Adaptability to work in diverse weather conditions
  • Effective communication skills

Preferred:

  • 3 years Customer service experience, preferably in a management position

Pay:
$ $17.00 per hour
