Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet and efficiently take customer orders.
- Prepare food to meet the company's exacting standards for quality and consistency.
- Keep the restaurant dining area, front line, restrooms, and kitchen spotless.
- Address customer problems promptly and professionally to ensure their satisfaction.
- Execute tasks both independently and in cooperation with team members to reach restaurant targets.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Preferably 1-2 years of experience in the food service industry.
- Positive attitude and exceptional customer service capabilities.
- Able to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Capable of adhering to company policies and procedures.
