JOB TITLE: Data Organization Specialist



DESCRIPTION:
Fabricate or repair parts using various materials where setups are not routine and maintaining tolerances can be challenging. Operate and set up different machine tool equipment, collaborating closely with Quality Control and Engineering teams to ensure adherence to quality and product specifications. Conduct general maintenance on machine tools and equipment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manufacture a variety of detailed machine components on manual or CNC machines based on blueprint specifications.
- Perform setups and operations using all related machine shop tools and equipment.
- Conduct complex measurements using various tools and perform advanced shop math calculations.
- Ensure work product conforms to Quality Control and Engineering specifications.
- Adhere to safety directives and maintain good housekeeping of work area.
- Provide the first item for QC inspection and self-inspect finished parts.
- Complete quality control documents.
- Perform other assigned duties such as general mechanical work to support mechanics for annual processes.
- Actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities.

EDUCATION:
High school diploma or GED required. An Associate's degree (AA) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school is preferred.

EXPERIENCE:
5-7 years of Machine Shop experience on multiple machines required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
A valid Florida Driver's License is required to operate company vehicles. Your talent, skills, and experience will be rewarded with a competitive compensation package.
