Need Team Leaders for my real estate team:

Given that in mid-August Realtors face the NAR settlement changes, Realtors are considering joining a team/brokerage that provides game-changing value and substantially upgrades their services to their clients.

The newer agents will need team leaders to help them be competitive in this market. I am looking for experienced agents who want to be the most sophisticated servicer to clients available

Upon joining my team, you will sell houses and manage a team of sales agents that will produce and provide game-changing value to your real estate business. I will train you to be a pro in analytics and how to manage your team.

Do you like the idea of providing this level of sophistication with your clients:1. to optimize home feature selection for builders designing floor plans. You can imagine the need that they have for that level of expertise

Help investors acquire houses that have high rental to sale price ratios in order for them to optimize the build out of their portfolio.

You can now narrow down clients' area and property types to where the client will get the best results from the market.

No we don't have a crystal ball but from the past years of performance of an area, we can estimate a future performance.

Clients will love that you can provide an accurate offer price for any house that will win them the deal and keep them safe in the market.

Analytics is the ultimate neutralizer and will help ground sellers to realistic pricing ideas for an overall better experience for everyone.

By working the numbers you will be able to identify equity opportunities and deliver them to clients looking for the best deals.

Team Structure:

  • The team is split into 2 major positions: Team Managers and Junior Team Members.
a. A Team Manager is an experienced Realtor that leads a team of up to 4-6 Junior Members.

b. Junior Team Members are novice or beginner or part time licensed agents. Junior Members sell houses like any other agent and distribute a portion of their earnings to their Team Managers.

Who's the Team Leader:

  • A natural born leader having been a Sergeant in the Marine Corps, a community leader in college government positions teaching students how to become leaders. He's been running a team of 25+ realtors for over 2 years. He's run a successful real estate business for 11+ years.
  • A Realtor of 11 years in Houston with well over 100 sales.
  • A Master's Degree in Business Analytics from the University of Houston.
  • The developer, designer and engineer of the Realetix Team Software.

What personal skill sets will be developed working on this team:

  • You will utilize business intelligence software to find deals all around Houston. You'll also be able to guide your clients on various needs for them to make the best sales decisions.
  • After an amount of time working on this team and completing a highly detailed analytics course, you will obtain the title of Certified Real Estate Analytics Advisor and you'll receive a pin to wear on your attire.
  • Skilled writing of intelligence reports on real estate market trends and pricing opinions.


In just Q1 2024 working real estate the Realetix Team way, in my own production I have sold over $108,000 in gross commission earnings.

And I have about $614,000 worth of gross commission earnings in my pipeline.
