We're seeking a meticulous, well-organized, and strategic communications professional with exceptional writing abilities and adaptability. This position demands a demonstrated capability to lead the development and execution of intricate sourcing strategies for designated projects, as well as consulting with clients to resolve IT business issues. The role involves conducting thorough market research and collaborating with business stakeholders to define sourcing scope, timelines, and deliverables.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Developing clear and engaging content proposals by working closely with subject matter experts for gathering essential information. Ensuring that technical documentation complies with industry standards and bid requirements.
  • Exceptional written communication, editing, and proofreading skills are essential. Attention to detail and meeting deadlines are critical aspects of this role.
  • Demonstrating advanced abilities to act as a strategic communications consultant and lead through influence.
  • Producing top-notch documentation that aligns with relevant standards and is suitable for the target audience.
  • Proficiency in creating technical Release Notes, User Guides, Design, and Technical Documentation.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to gain a profound understanding of the business and documentation needs.
  • Conducting quality reviews of documents, ensuring accurate spelling, grammar, content, and maintaining consistent tone and voice, all while meeting given deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Developing, revising, and managing technical documents like statements of work.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in computer information systems, business, communications, English, or related fields.
  • Five to six years of experience in composing government proposals.
  • Expertise in creating statements of work for IT-related projects.
  • Previous experience in crafting persuasive communications, involving technical or intricate information.
  • In addition to formulating proposal strategies, this role involves crafting, editing, and designing compelling proposals and presentations in partnership with engineers and colleagues from business development.
