Title of Position: Director of Operations

Job Description: The Director of Operations will act as a liaison between corporate and franchisees making certain all franchise restaurants preserve the standards of operation established by the corporate office. The Director of Operations will also work as the line of communication between corporate and franchisees on any modifications or issues that must be communicated. Additional responsibilities for the Director of Operations include making certain all budget and financial projections are achieved, recruiting, and retaining top-quality management candidates, developing continuous training and development systems to enhance staff performance and delivery of customer service, and ensuring that appropriate staffing levels are achieved. The Director of Operations will also supervise procedures for the control of cash, property, product, and equipment and conduct audits to guarantee compliance with labor and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

· The Director of Operations must have a minimum of 2 years CURRENT Multi-Unit Management experience at Fast Casual Theme Dining or Casual Theme Concept

· The Director of Operations must have experience in managing both corporate and franchise units

· The Director of Operations must show good tenure-no more than 2 positions in the last 5 years

· The Director of Operations must be able to visit all units in their district once per week-travel is required

· The Director of Operations must have proven performance in growing sales, training and developing employees, and controlling costs
