Job Summary: As the HR Director at North America, you will play a vital role in partnering with business leaders and HR Directors from Canada and Mexico. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing strategies to drive business results, aligning employees with the organization's goals, and ensuring a high-performing HR team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand and address business trends effectively.
  • Manage a high-performing HR Team with a focus on results.
  • Collaborate with HR leaders to align workforce strategies.
  • Oversee human resource programs and policies.
  • Identify staffing needs and implement best practices.
  • Handle performance evaluations, discipline, and termination processes.
  • Design and implement training programs for employee development.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Create a positive workplace culture to enhance employee engagement.
  • Drive continual improvement in HR service delivery.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in employment laws and regulations.
  • Experience with HRIS and talent management systems.
  • Result-oriented and autonomous.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field required.
  • At least 10 years of HR management experience.
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.
