Position: Groundskeeper

Hours: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

• Meticulously maintain grounds, amenities, building exteriors, and leasing office
• Ensure cleanliness by removing trash from office areas and community perimeter daily
• Assist in preparing market-ready units by handling trash removal from vacant apartments
• Support Maintenance Supervisor/Property Manager with assigned tasks promptly
• Help with cleaning available apartments and models
• Assist maintenance team with snow removal when needed
• Aid in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, carpentry, and electrical issues
• Report maintenance concerns for repairs promptly
• Adhere to company policies and values
• Communicate effectively with residents
