What you'll do:
You will provide architectural support and infrastructure support to the management and infrastructure team.

You will be part of The Global Unified Communications Engineering team that owns the design, development, delivery, and\experience of Unified Communications System platforms.

You will be responsible for the design, selection, implementation, integration, management, user experience and retirement of Collaboration and Communication technology.

You will work closely with the IT team and business partners to deliver consistently excellent user experiences and technology experiences for our staff, members, and community.

Must Haves:

6 to 10 years of relevant experience as a Unified Communications engineer.
Advanced knowledge of Cisco Call Manager & Cisco Meeting Server.
Advanced knowledge of Cisco Expressway/VCS, Cisco TMS, Cisco Meeting Manager.
Prior documented hands on experience in working with Cisco Endpoints, Cisco WebEx , Cisco Jabber , IPTV Streaming/Multicasting.
Experience with Zabbix, Grafana or other monitoring tools.
Firewall Traversal, Microsoft Server environment (2019, 2022), Citrix VDI environment, MAC OSX environment, Networking technologies (Switches, Routers, F5 load balancers, DNS, Firewalls, Proxy Servers, QoS)

Nice to have:
Knowledge in Application packaging and deployment.
