Position Overview
The LifeSpa Coordinator is responsible for managing incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional customer service in a professional and friendly manner. In addition to handling phone inquiries, they support office tasks under the Department Head's guidance.
Responsibilities:
- Answer internal calls, schedule appointments, and assist members courteously
- Turn inquiries into appointments efficiently
- Guide guests on Life Spa offerings and help them identify their needs
- Recommend additional products and services
- Make follow-up calls and schedule appointments diligently
- Adhere to safety procedures and protocols
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year of customer service background
- CPR and AED certification within 30 days of joining
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
- Ability to handle calculations and physical tasks
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 year of receptionist experience
Salary Information
This role offers an hourly wage of $15.50 to $19.25, dependent on expertise and qualifications.
