Position Overview

The LifeSpa Coordinator is responsible for managing incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional customer service in a professional and friendly manner. In addition to handling phone inquiries, they support office tasks under the Department Head's guidance.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer internal calls, schedule appointments, and assist members courteously
  • Turn inquiries into appointments efficiently
  • Guide guests on Life Spa offerings and help them identify their needs
  • Recommend additional products and services
  • Make follow-up calls and schedule appointments diligently
  • Adhere to safety procedures and protocols

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1 year of customer service background
  • CPR and AED certification within 30 days of joining
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
  • Ability to handle calculations and physical tasks

​ Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1 year of receptionist experience

Salary Information

This role offers an hourly wage of $15.50 to $19.25, dependent on expertise and qualifications.
