Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct data collection and analysis to assess patient behavior
  • Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Provide behavioral therapy sessions based on applied behavior analysis principles
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for patients
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations

Requirements:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Proficiency in medical terminology related to behavioral health
  • Strong knowledge of diagnostic evaluation procedures
  • Ability to collect and analyze behavioral data effectively
  • Familiarity with medical records management practices
