Purpose of the Job:

Take on various tasks within our distribution center with precision and efficiency using different equipment like RF barcode scanners, material handling tools, and warehouse management applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately handle system and manual transactions (receiving, transfer, pick, pack, ship)
  • Follow RDC standards for product handling
  • Ensure proper pallet tagging
  • Perform general warehouse duties and maintain cleanliness in designated areas
  • Ability to multitask and transition between different functions swiftly
  • Complete other warehouse tasks assigned by RDC Management

Requirements:

  • High school diploma and solid basic math skills
  • At least 1⁄2 year of experience in warehouse operations with knowledge of RF/HH equipment and forklift operation
  • Proficiency in using computers or willingness to learn new systems
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated sense of urgency, organization, and teamwork

Scope of Work:

  • Professional interaction within the RDC team and other departments
  • Accountable for accuracy and continuous improvement through learning from mistakes
  • Operating with integrity and maintaining a positive attitude

Work Environment:

Be prepared for warehouse conditions including temperature variations, dust, fumes, and heavy lifting. You may also need to work overtime on occasion.

Salary Range:

$16-$18
