Job Title: Project Manager

Job Description: The Project Manager will oversee construction projects for a Life Sciences client, ensuring client satisfaction, managing budget, timeline, and risk. Responsibilities include:

  • Direct interaction with clients to drive project success
  • Act as a trusted advisor to anticipate client needs
  • Control project scope to optimize budget
  • Document and communicate project objectives clearly
  • Monitor project against budget and timelines
  • Identify and mitigate risks effectively
  • Ensure high client satisfaction levels
  • Escalate concerns when necessary
  • Maintain focus on quality service delivery

Requirements:

  • 5-7+ years of client-facing project management experience
  • PMP certification desired
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management software
